We apologize for any inconvenience this may be cause as this situation was out of our control and it was not our intention to interrupt your treatment. 

However we can transfer the appropriate paperwork as needed for your treatment to continue at other clinics

Your medical files and information still remain confidential and protected until such time you require them. For our current patients we will be contacting your adjusters to let them know as well.
